Meble Polska Names Weronika Jakubowska as New Deputy Director

The Meble Polska furniture fair, Poland’s leading trade show for the furniture industry, has appointed Weronika Jakubowska as its new deputy director. Known for her strong rapport with exhibitors and her dynamic presence at past events, Jakubowska is set to bring a renewed energy to the role.

Weronika began her professional journey in customer service within the food sector before joining Meble Polska’s organiser, Grupa MTP, over four years ago. Since then, she has played a vital role in shaping the direction of the fair, working closely with project director Jozef Szyszka to develop key strategies, manage exhibitor relations, and drive sales.

Jakubowska is known among the fair’s partners for her collaborative spirit and people-first approach. “Working with people is my true passion—I can’t imagine my career without direct contact with customers,” she says. “I’m a strong believer in teamwork. Achieving success means understanding shared goals and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.”

Her appointment signals Grupa MTP’s continued investment in building a fair that supports long-term partnerships and international growth. As Meble Polska prepares for its next edition, Jakubowska’s leadership is expected to further strengthen its position as one of Europe’s most influential furniture trade events.
